We investigated the Tully-Fisher Relation of spiral galaxies using data from the Mapping Nearby Galaxies at APO (MaNGA) project of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS). We determined the rotation velocities based on the velocity maps provided by MaNGA and adopted photometry data from the NASA-Sloan Atlas (NSA) catalog. The analysis revealed a clear luminosity-velocity relationship with a slope of 3.08. However, several galaxies exhibited significant deviations from this luminosity-velocity relationship. These particular galaxies rotate notably faster or slower than the typical galaxies in our sample. This result suggests that the deviating galaxies have different dynamical characteristics compared to the typical galaxies. We discuss the implications of this result in galaxy dynamics.
