We will present the latest bound on the measurement of cross section for coherent elastic neutrino nucleus scattering with neutrinos from the Kuo-Sheng (KS) nuclear reactor which is a standard model predicted process [1]. The current aim of the Taiwan EXperiment On NeutrinO (TEXONO) is to measure this process with low-energy neutrinos at KS nuclear power plant [2-5]. Reactor neutrinos with energy ~8 MeV allow this process to be observe in fully coherent region [3-4]. For this purpose we have exploited the data sets taken with the electro-cooled p-type point contact Germanium detector. Also for this data set the achieved physics analysis threshold is 200 eVee. The 4.1 times excess, compared to the standard model predicted cross section is excluded at 90% C.L. upper limit for standard Lindhard free parameter k = 0.157 [6]. We also have compared our limits with the other experiments focused on the reactor neutrinos with germanium detector. Our derived limit is found be most sensitive in the 3σ allowed region of quenching factor measurement for the Lindhard free parameter k.
