We describe diffractive lensing of gravitational waves by galaxies detected by pulsar timing arrays. In favorable situations this can lead to precision measurement of the Hubble constant. This effect is a consequence of complex lensing images described by Picard-Lefschetz theory. We describe the novel effect and it’s observational consequences.
