Parton Distribution Functions (PDFs) are a key ingredient in the calculation of amplitudes in deep inelastic scattering. They involve the computation of a Wilson line along the lightcone. In contrast to lattice QCD simulations in euclidean spacetime, this can be computed directly in the Hamiltonian formalism. The necessary spatial- and time-evolution can be efficiently applied using established tensor network methods. We study the equivalent of PDFs in the Schwinger model using matrix product states.
