We numerically and experimentally investigate the second-harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency of a gold plasmonic two-wire transmission-line. By leveraging the intrinsic material properties of gold and precise geometric parameter tuning of TWTL, we achieved an extended coherence length. At phase-matching conditions, we report five times enhancement in the conversion efficiency of SHG.
