We present results from our ongoing investigation of the most general two Higgs doublet model with SU(2) gauge fields on the lattice. The phase diagram of the gauge Higgs theory is being probed through the computation of gauge-invariant observables. The spectrum in different regions of the phase diagram is being calculated from the measurement of various correlators. We also discuss the scale setting and calculation of the gauge running coupling which has been done through the Wilson flow computation of the action density.
