Maxwell’s electromagnetic theory unifies the electric and magnetic fields and those fields are altered into one another by Lorentz transformation. This suggests that both magnetic and electric properties in a material can be understood in a unique way and the coupling between these order parameters must be a productive field in condensed matter research. The combining and controlling of these simultaneous orderings in complex materials are exciting and challenging. In this aspect, we are motivated and studied the multiferroic properties, of LuBaCo4O7 Cobaltite.
